Produced on traditional rocky limestone vineyards located some 600-700 metres in altitude. A unique site where broad temperature changes from day to night foster fruity and aromatic nuances of the variety creating a highland wine.
Intense straw-yellow coloured with greenish hues. On the nose, it expresses the tell-tale personality of this native variety, with its characteristic notes of stone fruit (peach), white fruit (pear) and citrus (lemon). On the palate it’s an unctuous, tantalising and elegant wine, with flavour of fresh fruit and the smooth bitter touches this variety is known for.
