Red wine made from our older Grenache vineyards, grown under the protection of the impressive limestone Pàndols y de Cavalls mountains which contour the horizon. A unique rough and winding terrain, worked and moulded patiently by its inhabitants throughout its existence. Land tilled to cultivate grapevines, olive fields, almond trees, and dry-stone banks. Ephemeral architecture. Ancestral understanding.
Cherry-red in colour, with garnet tones. A range of forest fruit aromas, such as raspberry and redcurrant, pair with balsamics such as Mediterranean rosemary. In mouth, it is quite balanced and has good volume. A tantalising and pleasing wine that showcases forest fruits and the variety’s characteristic minerality.
