Red wine produced from the exotic petit verdot variety, a late-ripening (long cycle) grape in need of warm climates to show its true potential. A singularity that fits perfectly with our 20+ years’ old Castilla-La Mancha vineyards. Clay and golden earth from unending plains and windmills rising up on the horizon. An eternal romance between fruit and the celestial sun. Pure light caught in each grape on our vines.
Intense Picota cherry red in colour, with soft violet reflections. On the nose, it shows a good complexity in which ripe black fruit (compote of blackberries and plums) stands out on a sweet spiced (allspice) and floral (violet) background. In the mouth, it offers a pleasant attack, good acidity and a slight bitterness characteristic of the variety. Round finish, with ripe, very well integrated tannins.
